Since I was two years old I loved sketching. Donatello is the first thing I can actually remember drawing in my Kindergarten classroom for a Christmas ornament. I really started getting interested in those Draw 50 [insert monster, car, or dinosaur here] books. I even sold artwork to people in the eighth grade for them to use in their own class projects.

For whatever odd reason I can't think of, my artwork always seemed to be something put on the sidelines. I even chose the wrong major in college that ultimately lead to me hating the whole experience. In short I thought architecture was a more serious line of work than art and design. It put a bad enough taste in my mouth that changing majors didn't even feel like a worthwhile option.

Skipping forward quite a few years later (2013, in case I leave this bio alone for a while)… I'm a father who has worked at Apple for the past 5 years and now decided to take art more seriously. I'm working hard to not only drastically improve my digital painting skills, but also my video editing, fx, and compositing as well. This is all in preparation for my role with a multi-platform entertainment company I'm helping put together, Electric Soul Studios! We hope to show you the fruits of our labor on the big screen one day.
